'He's Worth Double That' 'Chelsea Are Wasting Him' Fans React As Callum Hudson Odoi's Asking Price Is Revealed

Chelsea are not interested in selling winger Callum Hudson-Odoi but they have placed an asking price on the 19-year-old, according to the Guardian‘s Fabrizio Romano.

Bayern Munich have enquired about the England international in recent months but if any club wants to sign the player in the January transfer window, the Blues would demand a fee in the region of €80m (£72m).

Supporters on Twitter are frustrated that Hudson-Odoi isn’t being given more game time by manager Frank Lampard, while some don’t think that the price tag matches his ability:

Lampard’s treatment of the teenager has been somewhat strange, to say the least.  He has started the winger in just one league game so far, in the 4-0 win against Crystal Palace but he was unused substitute versus Southampton.

Clearly, there is something about Hudson-Odoi that Lampard is not entirely convinced about, and it seems he will favour using the likes of Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount and Hakim Ziyech in wide areas.
