Manchester City right-back Pablo Zabaleta believes that the club's English Premier League clash with Arsenal will be a crucial encounter on Sunday.
The Argentina international has been in some good form in recent times and recently bagged City's first goal in the side's 2-0 victory over Watford.
The 31-year-old has been a major part of Pep Guardiola's outfit in 2016/17 and will likely start the contest against the Gunners at the Etihad Stadium.
Nonetheless, after the win over the Hornets, the player is under no illusions about the challenge of the upcoming game.
He told the club's official website, "As a full-back you go into a game thinking you have to defend but when you have the chance to go forward especially at the far post and attack the space, it is good. It was a great cross from Kevin De Bruyne and a good finish for a full-back!
"It was an important win to get confidence back. We play Arsenal at the weekend and it will be a huge game. We have to keep winning. We have a lot of important games in December and we have to keep up with Chelsea."
